Detroit, Michigan native Jordan Davenport has been exposed to the entertainment industry since the moment he could assist his mother, Treavion Davenport - owner and founder of TreaDay Management and Publicity a PR firm - assemble press kits.

 

After relocating to the Metro Atlanta area Jordan Davenport was immersed in the performing and fine arts, which sparked his interest for theater. Later influencing his desire to study Lighting Design at Coker College in Hartsville, Sc.

 

Along with receiving various awards and scholarships, Jordan graduated with a Bachelor’s of Arts in Theater ’16. Upon graduating he partnered with Seth Johnson - Video Production and Broadcast Media Specialist - his final year at Coker College, here Jordan discovered that through the union of photography and lighting design cinematography was his true calling. 

 

By collaborations and freelance work, Jordan has become well known for his sensitive, but timid style of filmmaking. He believes capturing the essence of a moment is the phenomenon that separates good storytelling from great storytelling.
